I've been using my iPhone camera almost every day, and uploading some of my favourites to Twitter. The resolution isn't great but I always have it with me and it means I can keep an eye out for photos even if I don't have an SLR in my bag.
Also, the geek in me likes being able to do all the processing on the phone. There's also no fussing about with Photoshop on any of them - I just use applications from the App Store, which makes it really easy to constantly experiment.
