The balloon was what caught my attention and I have to admit this isn't the best framed shot, but I love it because of that balloon. It seems so deliberately tied to the grave, and yet the dates on the stone itself go back to the early 1920's (by no means the oldest grave in Abney, incidentally!). Who tied the balloon, and why? Descendants of the family? Maybe just a small child being walked around the park by her mum and dad, who got bored of carrying it around?
