This is the shot that has convinced me that I need to either a) learn to reset the ISO speed when I go outside after being in a darkened pub and/or b) buy a copy of Noise Ninja or some other Photoshop plugin that cleans up noise. Granted, I did heavily sharpen the shot, which has of course made it worse, but I'm going to take the higher ground and say that I rather like the noise. Reminds me of film grain. Very pleasing. Honest!
EDIT: 11th July, 2005 - I've used Noise Ninja on the shot and uploaded the new version, which is now grain-free. Much happier!
